  Used to be fantastic. Now the delivery driver hasn't managed to get my order right in months (and it's a repeating order!) and when I emailed to ask if we could get chicken and rice roll instead of the gluten free beef roll he'd left, I got told I could just use the beef roll instead. There is a reason I ordered what I wanted, not "hey, surprise me!" The direct debit appears to happen for the recurring order on whatever day they feel like (3 days before the order is processed, the day after delivery, who knows?) The food is still good, it's just the customer service that's gone downhill since the "order by Thursday the week before" change.
